Department Orientation Training
An orientation program will be held for students newly admitted to our department as part of the preparatory activities for university education.

During the Orientation Training Program, students will be provided with information on the following topics:

Afyon Kocatepe University Academic and Examination Regulations, Higher Education Institutions Student Disciplinary Regulations, and related directives and regulations

Principles and procedures for implementing the regulations

Academic advising services

Course passing and grading system

Student Exchange Programs (Erasmus, Farabi, Mevlana, etc.) information and introduction

Double Major / Minor / Interuniversity Transfer regulations

Exemption exams

Student Information System and mobile applications

How newly admitted students can access core course textbooks and resources

Accessing the internet on campus and in educational buildings

Distance Education Learning Management System and the delivery and assessment of online courses

Student clubs and societies

TEKNOFEST activities

Guidance and counseling services

Information on the Entrepreneurship and Career Development Application and Research Center, and other relevant Application and Research Centers
