What documents are required for the application?
After completing the Optional Internship Application Form, have it approved by the workplace where you will do your internship, and submit it to the Faculty Student Affairs Office.
Who is eligible for an optional internship?
a) Students who have successfully completed all courses in their first three semesters.
b) Students with a cumulative GPA of 2.25 or higher.
c) Students whose total study period has not exceeded the standard program duration.
When can I do my internship?
a) Internships are mainly conducted during the summer months, which span from the end of the Spring Semester make-up exams to the beginning of the Fall Semester.
b) Students may apply for internships during the summer following the 2nd or 3rd year.
c) Students enrolled in the summer school cannot do internships during that period.
How long can I do my internship?
A maximum of 30 working days is allowed.
When can I apply?
Applications can be submitted until the end of May each year.
How are students selected for the internship?
Selection is based on the allocated internship funding for our faculty, and students are ranked according to their academic performance.
What should I do after completing my internship?
The following documents must be completed and approved by the workplace supervisor, and submitted to the Faculty Student Affairs Office within 2 weeks from the start of the Fall Semester:

Is attendance mandatory?
Yes, attendance is mandatory. Any days missed due to valid excuses must be compensated.
How many ECTS credits can I earn for my internship?
The total number of successful internship days is multiplied by the daily working hours (8 hours), then divided by 30 according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). This credit is recorded on the student transcript by the Faculty Student Affairs Office. Internship credits do not count toward graduation requirements.
Can I do my internship abroad?
Internships abroad are allowed only under the Erasmus Program.
